I stumbled.... I don't know .  I guess I'm a little bummed.  I don't exactly know why.  Well, yeah actually I DO know why.  But I guess I'm going to have to start this thing again.  I'm only human.  Just get back on that horse Rosina. sigh.

1st and 2nd day

Using my Vemma Bod-e app on my phone made this dieting thing a hell of a lot easier. lol

It tells you what to eat and when to eat it, which is exactly what I need.  It includes recipes and even a grocery list to make your life easier!!

So BOTH days I started my day with the Bod-e shake.

It was pretty tasty, however I used 8oz of Vanilla Almond milk and only used ONE scoop of the powder.  That was perfect for me.  What's cool about this is that it already has the protien in it, so if you find that one scoop isn't cutting it for you, do the two.  It even taste great in plain old water (but that is actually when I use the whole TWO scoops) lol.

First day snack I had Cottage cheese and tomato which was QUITE filling and tasted great hah.

Today's morning snack was shrimp and coctail sauce. 

Lunch for yesterday was this wrap. lol. I cheated. I was confused... a lost soul.  Just kidding.  I thought I could mix and match recipes, HOWEVER, this plan consists of LOW carb days and HIGH carb days.  That's why I shouldn't have eatin that tortilla just yet. :/

But it was great.  I used smoked salmon I got at Sams.  Oh I love Sam.

Today's afternoon snack was LEGIT.
cottage cheese and bell pepper. HOLY COW guys.  AMAZEBALLS. Seriously. WOW
And for dinner I had a 5oz  steak and grilled zuchini. 

I've also been doing kick boxing.  And the kids and I have been walking to school.

There's an app you can download for this.  It gives you a meal plan.  It's pretty cool. 

BY Monday there are 298 days till NEXT summer, 127 till new years eve, 120 days till Christmas, 93 till Thanksgiving and  66 days till Halloween.

My first goal....Halloween. One of my MOST FAVORITE holidays!!!! Let's do this!

Enjoyed in 7 days.

CRAAAAAAAving hummus.... like a MANIAC!!



The label say to "enjoy within 7 days".  AND I DID.....oh...... I did, and ALL by myself hah.  However, I could have just made it myself.





I also bought a 3lb bag of baby carrots. Don't judge me. lol

So I've been on this crazy lady vinegar fest....yup.  ANYTHING with acidity I want.  Lemon chips, vinegar and salt chips, hummus (because of the lemon),  apple cider vinegar to put in my water, I've been eyeing the pickles in my fridge, I opened a brand new jar of green olives at my mom's...... I'm kind of a mess. The other day I ran into Circle K to get change to put air in my tire, I grabbed an Icee for the kids and I caught my self thinking about grabbing a fist full of the free jalapenos they have for nachos. lol. Oy vey. 

So I did what any ordinary person would do.... I googled it, DUH. 
"Vinegar, and other acidic foods as well, help the body assimilate calcium,..."

And I havn't been drinking milk or eating any dairy for a while, so I'm guessing my body is trying to save up what it can.  Almost like starvation mode.  Hmmmm not good.   Don't like milk? Ever had this stuff??? 


So good it's ridiculous. Go.... try  it. NOW.

So I went to Boston...

So I went to Boston.... it was FUN!

I ate a TON of cupcakes and pasta and candy.....Mostly cupcakes.



I came back and somehow lost 2 pounds! Yay!!!....
 oh but we were also walking all day everyday mostly. haha.

 So according to that GNC Bio Measure mechanism (they have standing outside all their stores) THIS is what I look like right now:




Not TOO bad.  But not where I want to be. I have a class reunion coming up!


Yup.  I was gonna try the "clean eating" craze.  But..... well maybe I will.  I don't think I can go at it like all crazy style right away though (SAD FACE).  I tried to,  I tried Monday, then Tuesday... yadda yadda yadda.  Needless to say it is now Friday hahaha.  And I'm STILL trying!  Somehow cookies kept coming up and ruining everything.  Yup, no will power when it comes to the sweets.  Lame..... I know.

SO I'm looking into this new thing....  I know I was doing the Herbalife and what not and to tell you the truth.... I'm not sold.  LOL. I TRIED, I REALLY did.... I was just always HUNGRY. And when you take the Herbalife you need to mix all sorts of crazy things in it if you want it to taste decent.  Too much work.  ESPECIALLY because I am a mom of two.... and then there's Mark. hahah.

 So I'm trying to work my magic with my jewelry, not trying so hard with my Scentsy, and in between there was my Herbalife business that wasn't really doing anything for me health wise OR financially.  AND on top of all that I have to mix fruit, pudding powder, almond milk (because it taste yukky with just water to me) and STILL add PROTEIN (which I had to buy separately)!!  TOO much work, and too much work I was willing to put into a shake that was suppose to help me lose weight, when I could have done the same thing by just NOT eating, which would have at least saved me time and some money.  Because honestly that's what I felt like. I was hungry, I was ALWAYS hungry after the shakes.  And I've heard the same thing from many different people. I have been told to put more protein in it...but that's already me spending MORE cash for the protein and then measuring that out, adding it in (along with the kitchen sink and the neighbors dog oh... and the fruit) and "ain't nobody got time for that".  <--- i'm sorry....i HAD to.

PLUS I don't want to take SO much protein just to fill me up that I end up turning into a muscle man with no neck!!




 AND DON'T get me started on all the pills.....OMG were there PILLS.

So farewell Herbalife.  Twas a good run.... I guess....and was fun-ish.... I suppose.  But now I think, well actually I'm positive I found something better.  I'm still doing research (which I never did with Herbalife- shame on me).

I'm thinking I'm gonna take a different route in the same direction.  Perhaps an easier, better tasting route.   
And it actually makes a lot more sense to me.
