1st and 2nd day

Using my Vemma Bod-e app on my phone made this dieting thing a hell of a lot easier. lol

It tells you what to eat and when to eat it, which is exactly what I need.  It includes recipes and even a grocery list to make your life easier!!

So BOTH days I started my day with the Bod-e shake.

It was pretty tasty, however I used 8oz of Vanilla Almond milk and only used ONE scoop of the powder.  That was perfect for me.  What's cool about this is that it already has the protien in it, so if you find that one scoop isn't cutting it for you, do the two.  It even taste great in plain old water (but that is actually when I use the whole TWO scoops) lol.

First day snack I had Cottage cheese and tomato which was QUITE filling and tasted great hah.

Today's morning snack was shrimp and coctail sauce. 

Lunch for yesterday was this wrap. lol. I cheated. I was confused... a lost soul.  Just kidding.  I thought I could mix and match recipes, HOWEVER, this plan consists of LOW carb days and HIGH carb days.  That's why I shouldn't have eatin that tortilla just yet. :/

But it was great.  I used smoked salmon I got at Sams.  Oh I love Sam.

Today's afternoon snack was LEGIT.
cottage cheese and bell pepper. HOLY COW guys.  AMAZEBALLS. Seriously. WOW
And for dinner I had a 5oz  steak and grilled zuchini. 

I've also been doing kick boxing.  And the kids and I have been walking to school.
